Ordering in our e-shop is very simple. Simply select the quantity for the selected goods and click on the "Buy" icon and the selected goods will be added to the cart. You can then continue your purchase or select a form of payment to fill out your order.
After you place an order in our e-shop, the order will be accepted in our system and you will receive a confirmation email with all information on the email you have entered. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at our email. We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt and send the next business day.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made by invoice, cash or cash on delivery.
We send the goods with the transport service PPL, Toptrans and we have established cooperation with the transport companies Dachser and GLS.
Warranty conditions
We are responsible for manufacturing defects within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code or the Commercial Code. Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is 24 months. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling or wear and tear caused by normal use.
Complaint
Unless agreed otherwise, complaints are settled at the operator's headquarters. Complaints are governed by the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
Withdrawal from the contract.
In accordance with Act No. 367/2000 Coll. Of 14 September 2000, the customer may withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving any reason and any sanctions within 14 days of receipt of the consignment.

Our head office is located in Planá nad Lužnicí, where it is also the main point of sale, including large warehouses with thousands of items in our product range. You can also visit a 400 m2 presentation studio with many samples of both luxury and standard products. There is also a Christmas studio with an extensive range of Christmas products.
If you are in Tábor or surroundings, you have the advantage of personal collection. The advantage for you is that personal collection from the store of a stone shop in Tábor is completely free. You do not pay any packing or postage.
