Delivery conditions and shipping costs
Shipping policy The delivery is made to all countries in Europe.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries to Germany and Austria:
We charge a flat shipping fee of € 20 per order. From an order value of 150 € we deliver free of charge. For deliveries abroad, additional costs may arise on importation (customs duties, possible customs fees and import sales taxes). These remaining costs are borne by the customer.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to Germany and Austria within 4-8 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Prices
All prices at Alvarak Group as are final prices, they include the applicable VAT. All prices are plus shipping and customs clearance costs.

For deliveries in Germany and Austria you have the following payment options:
Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment by SEPA core direct debit
Payment via PayPal
Payment by invoice

If you pay in advance, we grant you a 2% discount on the gross value of the order. Payment by invoice is possible under the following conditions: only for long-term customers selected by us The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days when paying on account.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Alvarak Group as until all claims have been paid in full
If you pay by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
